Amalee is currently an Organizational Design expert at Digital Disruptions, supporting the firm’s clients on ensuring its team structure, culture, and roles are all optimized to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in its innovation efforts.
Amalee previously worked at the World Food Programme Innovation Accelerator and Jordan Country Office where she managed the innovation hub. She worked with entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and startups in the social impact innovation space, helping to design and pilot their innovations. Previously, Amalee worked in HR at Google and at an accelerator (Startupbootcamp) supporting startup alumni in London.
Amalee has a masters with distinction in Management of Digital Innovation & Information Systems from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors in Economics and Political Science from Santa Clara University. She currently lives in Amman, Jordan.
