Ham is an adjunct consultant based in Kampala, Uganda. He is a strategy and business development professional with a wealth of experience in growth and innovation strategy, private equity portfolio support and business development in entrepreneurial/innovation-oriented settings. With a passion for applying technology in alleviating societal issues, Ham is passionate about enabling entrepreneurs in their various respects, from musicians, agripreneurs, tech entrepreneurs and everything in between, achieve their dreams.

He has most recently been focused on creating better outcomes for the creatives, particularly working to figure out how to help the long tail of musicians make consistent incomes for themselves. He is cofounder at Fezah, and previously was country manager for Google Uganda before leaving to do develop his own startups with a stint as Jumia Uganda Country manager in between. Prior to Google, Ham worked as a management consultant with Bain & Company in their Los Angeles office.

Ham holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MSc in Operational Telecommunications from Coventry University, & a BSc in Electronics from the University of Dar-es-Salaam.
