Vera is a Lead UX Designer at Digital Disruptions and brings over 14 years of experience in User Experience, Marketing Content, and Design Strategy in the retail and e-commerce sectors.

Prior to joining Digital Disruptions, Vera spent nearly a decade at Tesco, the UK’s largest retailer.  There, she led a team of seven designers and researchers and developed digital products for its Clubcard loyalty, shopping, and subscription services for over 10 million customers.

Previously, Vera worked for agencies in Italy and Latin America and collaborated with a diverse range of premier, global brands (TBWA, Dolce and Gabanna, APG, Moschino), defining their brand identities and digital strategies through research and design.

Originally from Italy, she now splits her time between  London, UK, and Nairobi, Kenya.  She holds a BA in Graphic Product Innovation from the University of the Arts (London) and a BA in Fashion from the Marangoni Institute (Milan).
